Who we are

Doctors for Rural Education and Medicine is an initiative of rural medical trainees to improve educational outcomes for rural students, inspire them in healthcare careers and invest in the health future of rural communities. We do this through mentorship, training and promotion of the awesome opportunities available in rural Australia for students and young professionals.

We collaborate with the University of UNSW, the Murrumbidgee Medical Hub, the Murrumbidgee Local Hospital District and the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW.
